    Dismissal, Removal and Suspension Termination of service on removal or dismissal 70. The pay and allowances of a Government employee who is dismissed or removed from service cease from the date of such dismissal or removal. Note: Dismissal or removal from service terminates the service of an officer as from the date on which the relevant order is passed.
