West Bengal Services (Duties, Rights and Obligations of the Government employees) Rules, 1980 1. Short title, application and commencement (1) These rules may be called the West Bengal Services (Duties, Rights and Obligations of the Government employees) Rules, 1980. (2) They shall apply to all employees at die Goverment of West Bengal: Provided that nothing in these rules shall apply to persons appointed to any All India Service and members of the Police, and Jail Staff falling under the purview of the Jail Code. (3) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st, day of June, 1980. 2. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title and extent. -(1) This Act may be called the Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses and Production of Documents) Act, 1972. (2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir. 2. GROUP INSURANCE -cum- SAVINGS SCHEME GIS Insurance ও GIS Savings হল Salary বা বেতনের Deduction Component. অন্য দুটি হল GPF ও p.
