GROUP INSURANCE -cum- SAVINGS SCHEME GIS Insurance ও GIS Savings হল Salary বা বেতনের Deduction Component. অন্য দুটি হল GPF ও p. Short title, application and commencement (1) These rules may be called the West Bengal Services (Duties, Rights and Obligations of the Government employees) Rules, 1980. Can a person having pending criminal case join government service? এই প্রশ্নের উওরে আসতে গেলে প্রথমে সর্বোচ্চ আদালতে একটি কেসের রায় পর্যালোচনা করতে হবে। এই বিষয়ে সর্বোচ্চ আদালতের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ রায় আছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার বনাম নজরুল ইসলাম কেসের ৷ প্রার্থী নজরুল ইসলাম পুলিশে কনস্টেবল পদে নির্বাচিত হন ৷ কিন্তু পরবর্তী কালে পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশনের সময় দেখা যায় প্রার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে আদালতে বিচারাধীন ক্রিমিনাল কেস আছে ৷ এই ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট সংস্থা প্রাথীকে নিয়োগপত্র দিতে অস্বীকার করে। প্রার্থী প্রথমে অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটিভ ট্রাইবুনালে আবেদন করলে প্রার্থীর আবেদন খারিজ হয়ে যায় ৷ এরপর তিনি হাইকোর্টে আবেদন করেন ৷ হাইকোর্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট সংস্থাকে নিয়োগপত্র দেওয়ার কথা বলে যদিও তা শর্তসাপেক্ষ৷ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার এই রায়ের বিরুদ্ধ সুপ্রীম কোর্টে আবেদন করে ও সর্বোচ্চ আদালত হাইকোর্টের রায় খারিজ করে দেয়। সুতরাং সুপ্রীম কোর্টের এই রায় পর্যালোচনা করলে দেখা যায় কোন চাকুরী প্রাথীর বিরুদ্ধে ক্রিমিনাল কেস Pending থাকলে তিন...
