Dismissal, removal and suspension

    Dismissal, Removal and Suspension Termination of service on removal or dismissal 70. The pay and allowances of a Government employee who is dismissed or removed from service cease from the date of such dismissal or removal. Note: Dismissal or removal from service terminates the service of an officer as from the date on which the relevant order is passed. Medical Fitness during recruitment as per West Bengal Service Rules ( WBSR) Appointment on medical certificate of fitness .  Rule 10 .
