কীভাবে আপনার Mobile এ Pay slip Download করবেন






আপনার মোবাইলে খুব সহজেই আপনি Pay slip Dowload করতে পারেন ৷ এই পদ্ধতিটি অনেকেরই হয়ত জানা আছে। যাদের জানা নেই তারা নীচের step গুলি দেখে আপনার Smart Phone এ  pay slip Download করতে পারবেন।

১. আপানার মোবাইলে Google Search এ গিয়ে 

wbifms লিখে সার্চ করুন ৷ সবচেয়ে উপরে wbifms এ click করুন৷




২. হোম পেজ খুলে গেলে eServices for Employees থেকে Sign in এ Click করুন ৷




৩. Unique ID এর জায়গায় HRMS ID লিখুন ও Password এর জায়গায় আপনার Password টি লিখুন ৷ Pasrword মনে না থাকলে Forget Password থেকে  Password Reset করতে হবে।
এরপর LOGIN এ click করুন৷



 


৪. আপনার profile খুলে যাবে ৷ এরপর My Documents এ click করুন৷






৫. View Payslip এ Click করুন৷




৬. যে মাসের Pay slip Download করতে চান৷ সেইবছর ও মাস সিলেক্ট করুন ৷




৭. আপানার Pay slip pdf ফর্মাটে Download হয়ে যাবে ৷

Group Insurance & Saving Scheme

  GROUP INSURANCE -cum- SAVINGS SCHEME GIS Insurance ও GIS Savings হল Salary বা বেতনের Deduction Component. অন্য দুটি হল GPF ও p. Tax. এটা সমস্ত কর্মচারীদের ক্ষেত্রে বাধ্যতামূলক ৷ অস্থায়ী কর্মচারী, দৈনিক মজুরী, চুক্তিভিত্তিক ইত্যাদি কর্মচারীদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে না। রোপা ২০০৯ অনুযায়ী গ্রুপ - এ কর্মীদের কাটা হয় ৮০ টাকা৷ সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি ৮০,০০০ টাকার বীমার সুবিধা পেতেন। অনুরূপভাবে গ্রুপ - বি কর্মীদের কাটা হয় ৪০ টাকা ও তিনি  ৪০,০০০ টাকার বীমার সুরক্ষা পাবেন। ৮০ টাকা ( গ্রুপ এ ) = ২৪ টাকা ( Insurance Fund ) + ৫৬ টাকা (saving Fund )  ৪০ টাকা ( গ্রুপ বি ) = ১২ টাকা ( Insurance Fund ) + ২৮ টাকা (saving Fund )  ২০ টাকা ( গ্রুপ সি ) = ৬ টাকা ( Insurance Fund ) + ১৪ টাকা (saving Fund )  ১০ টাকা ( গ্রুপ ডি ) = ৩ টাকা ( Insurance Fund ) + ৭ টাকা (saving Fund )  কর্মচারীরা এক বা  একাধিক ব্যক্তিকে নমিনি করতে পারেন ৷ চাকুরীরত অবস্থায় কোনো কর্মচারীর মৃত্যু হলে তার আইনসঙ্গত উত্তরসূরীরা GIS ও GISS টাকা পাবেন ৷ ( নমিনি না থাকল) Sanctioning Authority হল HoF | রোপা ২০...

  Revisions of Pay and Allowances in brief West Bengal Services (Revision of Pay and Allowance) Rules. 1998.  রোপা ১৯৯৮ কার্যকারিতার দিন : ০১. ০১. ১৯৯৬ অপশন : অফিসিয়াল গেজেটে নোটিফিকেশন প্রকাশের ১৮০ দিনের মধ্যে ৷ কোনো সাসপেন্ডড কর্মচারী পুনঃবহাল / অফিসে যোগদানের ১৮০ দিনের মধ্যে ৷ কর্মচারী ডেপুটেশন/ ফরেন সার্ভিস / ছুটিতে থাকলে  ডেপুটেশন/ ফরেন সার্ভিস / ছুটি থেকে ফেরার পর ১৮০ দিনের মধ্যে H. কোনো চাকুরী প্রার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে ক্রিমিনাল কেস থাকলে কী তিনি সরকারী চাকরীতে যোগ দিতে পারেন? Can a person having pending criminal case join government service? এই প্রশ্নের উওরে আসতে গেলে প্রথমে সর্বোচ্চ আদালতে একটি কেসের রায় পর্যালোচনা করতে হবে।  এই বিষয়ে সর্বোচ্চ আদালতের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ রায় আছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার বনাম নজরুল ইসলাম কেসের ৷ প্রার্থী নজরুল ইসলাম পুলিশে কনস্টেবল পদে নির্বাচিত হন ৷ কিন্তু পরবর্তী কালে পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশনের সময় দেখা যায় প্রার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে আদালতে বিচারাধীন ক্রিমিনাল কেস আছে ৷ এই ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট সংস্থা প্রাথীকে নিয়োগপত্র দিতে অস্বীকার করে। প্রার্থী প্রথমে অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটিভ ট্রাইবুনালে আবেদন করলে প্রার্থীর আবেদন খারিজ হয়ে যায় ৷ এরপর তিনি হাইকোর্টে আবেদন করেন ৷ হাইকোর্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট সংস্থাকে নিয়োগপত্র দেওয়ার কথা বলে যদিও তা শর্তসাপেক্ষ৷ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার এই রায়ের বিরুদ্ধ সুপ্রীম কোর্টে আবেদন করে ও সর্বোচ্চ আদালত হাইকোর্টের রায় খারিজ করে দেয়।  সুতরাং সুপ্রীম কোর্টের এই রায় পর্যালোচনা করলে দেখা যায় কোন চাকুরী প্রাথীর বিরুদ্ধে ক্রিমিনাল কেস Pending থাকলে তিন...
