রোপা ১৯৯৮

কার্যকারিতার দিন : ০১. ০১. ১৯৯৬

অপশন : অফিসিয়াল গেজেটে নোটিফিকেশন প্রকাশের ১৮০ দিনের মধ্যে ৷ কোনো সাসপেন্ডড কর্মচারী পুনঃবহাল / অফিসে যোগদানের ১৮০ দিনের মধ্যে ৷ কর্মচারী ডেপুটেশন/ ফরেন সার্ভিস / ছুটিতে থাকলে  ডেপুটেশন/ ফরেন সার্ভিস / ছুটি থেকে ফেরার পর ১৮০ দিনের মধ্যে H. O .O পৌঁছতে হবে ৷

বেতন নির্ধারণ ঃ 

একজন কর্মচারী যদি রিভাইস স্কেলের জন্য ০১.০১.১৯৯৬ থেকে ০১.০১.১৯৯৭ মধ্যে যে কোনো তারিখ নির্ধারন করেন অথবা ধরে নেওয়া হয় তিনি ০১.০১.১৯৯৬ নিধারন করেছেন তবে তার বেতন এরূপ নির্ধারিত হবে -

👉 বর্তমান ভাতার সঙ্গে বেসিক পের ৪০% শতাংশ সংযোজিত হবে,

👉 বর্তমান ভাতা এমন ভাবে বৃদ্ধি করা হবে যাতে রিভাইস স্কেলের পরবর্তী ধাপে নির্ধারিত হবে শর্তসাপেক্ষে

➡️ রিভাইস পে রিভাইস স্কেলের ন্যূনতম হলে ন্যূনাতমতে নির্ধারিত হবে,

➡️ রিভাইস পে রিভাইস স্কেলের সর্বোচ্চ বেতনের বেশী হলে, সর্বোচ্চ বেতনে নির্ধারিত হবে এবং অবশিষ্ট পারসোন্যাল পে হিসাবে অ্যাডজাস্ট করা হবে যখন সেটি Due হবে ৷

ইনক্রিমেনের তারিখ :

রিভাইস বেতন নির্ধারনের দিন থেকে বারো (১২) মাস চাকুরী সম্পূর্ন হবার পরের  দিন ৷

 Payment of arrears—এই বিধিগুলির অন্য কোথাও থাকা সত্ত্বেও, বা আপাতত বলবৎ অন্য কোনও নিয়মে, ১ লা জানুয়ারী, ১৯৯৬ থেকে ৩১ শে মার্চ, ১৯৯৭ পর্যন্ত সময়ের জন্য কোন সরকারি কর্মচারী প্রাপ্য হতে পারে এমন কোন বকেয়া বেতন নেই,  সরকারী কর্মচারীকে প্রদান করা হবে।  বকেয়া বেতন যা ১লা এপ্রিল, ১৯৯৭  থেকে ৩১ শে অক্টোবর, ১৯৯৮ পর্যন্ত, সরকারী কর্মচারীকে তার প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা করার মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করা হবে৷সময়কালের জন্য সরকারি কর্মচারী প্রাপ্য হতে পারে।  ১লা নভেম্বর, ১৯৯৮ থেকে কার্যকর সংশোধিত বেতন নগদে প্রদান করা হবে৷

কর্মচারীদের শ্রেণীবিন্যাস :

পে বা পে স্কেল অনুযায়ী কর্মচারীদের শ্রেণী বিন্যাস করা হয়েছে।

GROUP A > ১০১৭৫ টাকা ৷

১০১৭৫ টাকা > /= GROUP B > ৭০৫০ টাকা৷

৭০৫০ টাকা > /= GROUP C > ৪৪০০ টাকা৷

৪৪০০ টাকা > / = GROUP D

 কার্যকারিতার দিন : ০১. ০১. ২০০৬

অপশন : অফিসিয়াল গেজেটে প্রকাশের ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে ৷

বেতন নির্ধারণ : বর্তমান পে এর সাথে ১.৮৬ গুন করে পরবর্তী ১০ এর গুণিতকের সঙ্গে সংশ্লিষ্ট স্কেলের গ্রেড পে সংযোজিত হবে।

Fixation of pay on promotion on or after 1st day of January, 2006. – (1) In case of promotion from one grade pay to another in the revised pay structure on or after the 1st day of January, 2006, the fixation of pay of a government employee shall be made in the following manner, namely:– 

(a) one increment equal to three per centum (3%) of the sum of the pay in the pay band and the existing grade pay shall be computed and rounded off to the next multiple of 10; 

(b) the amount arrived at in clause (a) shall be added to the existing pay in the pay band and in case the pay in the pay band after adding the increment is less than the minimum of the higher pay band to which promotion is taking place, pay in the pay band shall be stepped up to such minimum; after the pay in the pay band so determined, grade pay corresponding to the promotional post shall be granted in addition to this pay in the pay band. 

(2) In case where promotion of a Government employee involves change in the 

pay band, the same methodology as mentioned in clause (a) to clause (c) of sub-rule (1) for fixation of pay, shall be applicable.

(3) The benefit of fixation of pay available at the time of normal promotion under 

this rule shall be allowed in case of non-functional movement to higher scales.

ইনক্রিমেন্টের তারিখ : ১ লা জুলাই বর্তমান পে এর ৩%, হারে ৷

কর্মচারীদের শ্রেণীবিন্যাস :

GROUP A : পে ব্যান্ড নং ৪ ও ৫ এর সমস্ত পোষ্ট যাদের গ্রেড পে ৪৪০০ টাকা থেকে ১০০০০ টাকার মধ্যে ৷

GROUP B: পে ব্যান্ড নং ৩ এর সমস্ত পোষ্ট যাদের গ্রেড পে ৩২০০ টাকা থেকে ৪১০০ টাকার মধ্যে ৷

GROUP C: পে ব্যান্ড নং ২ এর সমস্ত পোষ্ট যাদের গ্রেড পে ১৯০০ টাকা থেকে ২৯০০ টাকার মধ্যে ৷

GROUP D: পে ব্যান্ড নং ১ এর সমস্ত পোষ্ট যাদের গ্রেড পে ১৭০০ টাকা থেকে ১৮০০ টাকার মধ্যে ৷

অপশন : অফিসিয়াল গেজেটে প্রকাশের ৩ মাসের মধ্যে ৷

পে নিধারন :

ইনিশিয়াল পে বর্তমান পে এর সঙ্গে ২.৫৭ গুন করে তার নিকটবর্তী টাকা যেটি পে ম্যাট্রিক্সের সংশ্লিষ্ট সেল ৷

প্রমোশনের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট লেভেলে একটি ইনক্রিমেন্ট দিয়ে পরবর্তী লেভেলে পরবর্তী উচ্চতর বেতনের সেলে নির্ধারিত হবো।


ইনক্রিমেনের তারিখ : ১লা জুলাই ৷

কর্মচারীদের শ্রেণীবিন্যাস :

GROUP A : পে লেভেলে ১২ ও উচ্চতর পদ৷

GROUP B: পে লেভেলে ৮ থেকে ১১ সমস্ত পদ৷

GROUP C: পে লেভেলে ৩ থেকে ৭ সমস্ত পদ৷

GROUP D: পে লেভেলে ১ও ২ সমস্ত পদ৷

Difference between GD and FIR

  GD বা General Diary এবং FIR বা First Information Report এই শব্দ গুলির সঙ্গে আমরা সকলেই কম বেশী পরিচিত ৷ এই দুটি জিনিস একনয় ৷ আসুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক GD ও FIR এর মধ্যে পার্থক্য ৷ 👉GD বা General Diary হল এমন একটি বই ( সাধারনত ১০০টি পাতা থাকে) যাতে একটি থানার প্রতিটি ঘটনার বিবরন থাকে ৷ যেমন সংশ্লিষ্ট থানার পুলিশ কর্মীদের যাওয়া আসা , চার্জগ্রহন, আসামীর অ্যারেস্ট ইত্যাদি দৈনন্দিন কাজকর্মের বিবরণ থাক GD Book এ ৷ এটি থানার কর্মীদের দ্বারা Maintain করা হয় ৷ 👉 FIR বা First Information Report হল এমন একটি লিখিত বিবরণ যা যে কোনো সূত্র থেকে পাওয়া তথ্য ৷ FIR এ অভিযোগীকারী বা তথ্য প্রদানকারী সহি বা LTI থাকবে ৷ ৷ FIR এর একটি কপি সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিকে বিনামূল্যে প্রদান করা হয়৷ অরিজন্যাল FIR টি কোর্টে পাঠানো ও একটি নির্দিষ্ট কেস শুরু হয় ৷ 👉Police Act ধারা 88 এ GD বিষয়টি উল্লেখ আছে। FIR এর বিষয়টি ফৌজদারী কার্যবিধি ( CrPC) ধারা ১৬২ তে উল্লেখ আছে ৷ 👉 GD is a record of all important events which take place in a police station. e.g arrival and departure of police staff, handing over and taking over of c...

 General Provident Fund Rules GENERAL PROVIDENT FUND General Provident Fund of the employees of the Government of West Bengal is maintained as per Provisions laid down in "The General Provident Fund (West Bengal Services) Rules".   No. 6112 F (P2) dated 09.11.2023  List of Public holidays 2024 In exercise of the power conferred by the explanation to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (XXVI of 1881), read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. 20/25/56-pub(l) dated the 8" June, 1957, the Governor is pleased to declare the days as specified at List I below to be Public Holidays during the year 2024. 2. The Governor is also pleased to notify that the offices under the Government of West Bengal with the exception of the offices of the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata and Collector of the Stamp Revenue, Kolkata shall be closed on the days as specified at List II below which are not declared to be public holidays, during the year 2024. 3. Further, the Governor is pleased to declare that the days as specified at List Ill may be observed as Sectional Holidays in the year 2024 for the employees of different communities mentioned against the day.
