সরকারী চাকরির প্রস্তুতি








কীভাবে কোনো কোচিং সেন্টারের সাহায্য ছাড়া সরকারী চাকরির প্রস্তুতি নেবেন?
👉 🙄যে কোনো সরকারী পরীক্ষায় আবেদনের সংখ্যার দিকে তাকালেই বোঝা যায় প্রতিযোগীতা কতখানি তীব্র | 🙋আমি নিজে একাধিক সরকারী চাকরীর পরীক্ষায় সফলতা পেয়েছিলাম, আজ সেই অভিজ্ঞতায় আপনাদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করে নিতে চায় ৷ আমার যে সকল বন্ধুরা চাকরীর পরীক্ষার জন্য প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছেন তাদের হয়ত কিছুটা উপকারে লাগাবে ৷ ✍️আমি যে ভুলত্রুটি গুলি করেছি , আমি চাইনা সেগুলি আপনারা করুন৷
👉 প্রথমত, আমার কেরিয়ার শুরু করেছিলাম বেসরকারী সংস্হায় 🏃৷ সেখানে কাজের সময় ছিল দীর্ঘ আর বেতন ছিল স্বল্প ৷ সরকারী চাকরী সম্পকে সুপষ্ট ধারনা ছিল না ৷ 🚶কিন্তুু বেসরকারি চাকরী ছিল অনিশ্চয়তায় ভরা । তাই একসময় কিছুটা ঝুঁকি নিয়ে বেসরকারি কাজটি ছেড়ে দিয়ে বাড়ি চলে আসি। শুরু হয় এক নতুন লড়াই৷ তা যাহোক আমি যখন চাকরির প্রস্তুতি শুরু করলাম তখন আমার বয়স প্রায় সাতাশ ৷ বেশীরভাগ বন্ধুরাই তখন প্রতিষ্ঠিত ৷ 🚴শুরু করলাম বাড়ী বাড়ী প্রাইভেট টিউশুনি, তাতে সামান্য কিছু উপার্জন হত ৷ কোচিং সেন্টারে যাবার মত সামথ্য আমার ছিল না। 🧗

👉 প্রথমে কয়েকটি পরীক্ষার ব্যর্থতা থেকে বুঝতে পেরেছিলাম প্রতিটি বিষয়ে কনসেপ্ট স্বচ্ছ রাখতে হবে। তাই বেসিক জিনিস গুলি জানা খুব দরকার ৷🏃
সবচেয়ে প্রথমে আপনাদের যেটা করতে হবে, তা হল সপ্তম, অষ্টম, নবম ও দশম শ্রেণীর বই গুলি ভালো করে পড়ে ফেলা ৷ এই বই গুলি আপনি পুরানো বই এর দোকান থেকে কিনতে পারেন কোনো অসুবিধা নেই। ব্যক্তিগত অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে বলতে পারি প্রতিযোগীতামূলক পরিক্ষায় অঙ্ক ও ইংরাজি সবসময় স্কোরিং সাবজেক্ট ৷ তাছাড়া এই বিষয়টি নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম মেনে চলে।
👉 প্রতিদিন একটি বাংলা ও একটি ইংরেজি সংবাদপত্র পড়ুন ৷ ইংরেজি  পেপার পড়লে কারেন্ট অ্যাফেয়ার্স ও ইংরেজি দুটিরই চর্চা হবে। প্রতিযোগীতামূলক পরীক্ষার জন্য বিভিন্ন পত্রিকা বের হয় ৷ এগুলির একটি ইংরেজি ও একটি বাংলা পড়ুন ৷
➡️ 🕔গ্র্যাজুয়েশনের পড়েই অযথা সময় নষ্ট না করে  চাকরির পরীক্ষার জন্য প্রস্তুত হওয়া ভালো ৷ 👉 পরীক্ষার আবেদনের সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই সিলেবাস অনুযায়ী প্রস্তুত হতে হবে। আগে অ্যাডমিড কার্ড পাব তার পর দেখা যাবে এই মানসিকতা থাকলে সাফল্য পাওয়া যাবেনা।🤦🙆🏻‍♂️
👉 ব্যাঙ্ক এর পরীক্ষার সিলেবাসের সঙ্গে পিএসসি এর সিলেবাস অনেকটা আলাদা ৷ তাই কী ধরনের পারীক্ষার জন্য প্রস্তুতি নিচ্ছেন সেটাও গুরুত্বপূর্ন ৷ ব্যাঙ্কের পরীক্ষার জন্য পূর্ববর্তী বছরের কোশ্চেন সেটের সমাধান সময় ধরে করলে সাফল্য পাওয়া যায়।
👉🧘 পড়ার সময় অধ্যাবস৷য় সহকারে পড়তে হবে। অযথা সময়নষ্ট না করে সময কে সঠিক ভাবে কাজে লাগাতে হবে।
👉 সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হল নিজের ওপর বিশ্বাস রাখা ৷ 🧘হ্যাঁ আমি চাকরি পেতে পারি।
জীবনে ব্যর্থতা আসবে , কিন্তু বন্ধুরা হাল না ছেড়ে লড়াই করলে সাফল্য আসবেই ৷ দরকার শুধু জেদ আর অধ্যাবসায় ৷

Single minded devotion to one type of exam have always greater possibility of early success.

It is important to keep faith on yourself.
So never lose hope success is bound to come.

 Leave Rules সাধারন নিয়মাবলী Leave rules ➡️ যে সমস্ত সরকারী কর্মচারী চাকরী থেকে dismiss বা remove করা হয়েছে , কিন্তু appeal বা revision এ পুনঃবহাল হয়েছেন তারা আগেকার চাকরীর ছুটি পাওয়ার যোগ্য। ➡️ কোনো সরকারী কর্মচারী যদি অন্য দপ্তরে আবেদন করেন (অন্য অফিস বা Department) সেই আবেদন যদি Through Proper Channel করা হয়ে থাকে তবে সেক্ষেত্রে তার পূর্ববর্তী service এর leave Count করা হবে। ➡️ ছুটি কর্মচারীর অধিকারের মধ্যে পাড়ে না। ➡️ ছুটি চলাকালীন কোনো কর্মচারীকে ছুটি থেকে Recall ও করা যেতে পারে ৷ ➡️ যে সব কর্মচারী medical Certiticate এ ছুটিতে আছেন তাকে join করার আগে Fitness Certificate দাখিল করতে হবে। ➡️ কোনো সরকারী কর্মচারী একটানা ৫ বছরের অধিক ছুটিতে থাকতে পারবে না ৷ ( R.34) ➡️ ইচ্ছাকৃত অনুপস্থিতির জন্য কর্মচারীর বিরুদ্ধে disciplinary action নেওয়া হতে পারে ৷ ➡️ বিশেষ কারণে কোনো ছুটিতে থাকা  কর্মচারীর ১৪ দিন পর্যন্ত retrospectively বর্ধিত করা হতে পারে। *A Government employee who is dismissed or removed form the public service, but is reinstated on appeal or revision is entitled ot count...
