 Annual Increment ROPA( রোপা) Revision of Pay and Allowance 👉রোপা ১৯৯৮ প্রভিসন ৮ অনুযায়ী প্রাথামিক পে ফিক্সশেননের পর কোন সরকারী কর্মচারী ১২ মাস চাকরী সম্পূর্ণ করলে Annual Increment পেতেন  "8.  Leave can not be claimed as of right Rule 153 .  (1) Leave cannot be claimed as of right. When the exigencies of the public service so require, discretion to refuse or revoke leave of any description is reserved to the authority empowered to grant it. **(2) A Government employee's claim to leave is regulated by the rules in force at the time the leave is applied for and granted. Note: 1. An authority competent to grant leave may refuse to grant the full amount of leave applied for in any case and should, by the exercise of this power, so regulate the date of a Government employee's return from leave as to cause as little change as possible in administrative arrangements. 2.
