Unique ID এর জায়গায় HRMS ID লিখুন ও Password এর জায়গায় আপনার Password টি লিখুন ৷ Pasrword মনে না থাকলে Forget Password থেকে  Password Reset করতে হবে। এরপর LOGIN এ click করুন৷   ৪. আপনার profile খুলে যাবে ৷ এরপর My Documents এ click করুন৷ ৫. View Payslip এ Click করুন৷ ৬. যে মাসের Pay slip Download করতে চান৷ সেই বছর ও মাস সিলেক্ট করুন ৷ ৭. আপানার Pay slip pdf ফর্মাটে Download হয়ে যাবে ৷ ©️ সরকারী বন্ধু

Half pay leave and Commuted Leave

  Rule 173 (1) of West Bengal Service Rules Part 1 অর্ধবেতন ছুটি (Half-pay leave)  👉কর্মচারীর এক বছর চাকরিকাল সম্পূর্ণ হলে ২০ দিন অর্ধবেতন ছুটি তার লিভ অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা হয়। এখানে বছর বলতে বােঝায় ৩৬৫ দিন ধরুন, একজন কর্মচারী ১০ এপ্রিল চাকরিতে যােগদান করেছেন, পরের বছর ১০ই এপ্রিল তাঁর অর্ধবেতন ছুটির অ্যাকাউন্টে ২০ দিন ছুটি জমা হবে। ১.৭.২০০১ থেকে প্রতিটি কর্মচারীর হাপ পে লিভ অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রতি বছর ১ জানুয়ারি ১০ দিন অগ্রিম হাফ পে লিভ জমা হবে এবং ১ জুলাই অগ্রিম ১০ দিন হাফ পে লিভ জমা হবে। এখানে উল্লেখ্য, ১ ক্যালেন্ডার মাস সম্পূর্ণ চাকরি হলে প্রতি মাসের জন্য ৫/৩ দিন ছুটি জমা হবে। যদি কেহ ১ জানুয়ারি চাকরিতে যােগদান করেন সেক্ষেত্রে ১ জানুয়ারি তাঁর অর্ধবেতন ছুটি জমা হবে ১০ দিন; কিন্তু যদি তিনি ২ জানুয়ারি চাকরিতে যােগদান করতেন সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম অর্ধবেতন ছুটি জমা হত ৮.৩৩ দিন অর্থাৎ ৮ দিন (Fraction of the day shall be rounded off in the nearest day)। (G.O. When the exigencies of the public service so require, discretion to refuse or revoke leave of any description is reserved to the authority empowered to grant it. **(2) A Government employee's claim to leave is regulated by the rules in force at the time the leave is applied for and granted.
