  কীভাবে আপনার Mobile এ Pay slip Download করবেন আপনার মোবাইলে খুব সহজেই আপনি Pay slip Dowload করতে পারেন ৷ এই পদ্ধতিটি অনেকেরই হয়ত জানা আছে। যাদের জানা নেই তারা নীচের step গুলি দেখে আপনার Smart Phone এ  pay slip Download করতে পারবেন। ১. আপানার মোবাইলে Google Search এ গিয়ে  wbifms লিখে সার্চ করুন ৷ সবচেয়ে উপরে wbifms এ click করুন৷ ২. হোম পেজ খুলে গেলে eServices for Employees থেকে Sign in এ Click করুন ৷ ৩. Unique ID এর জায়গায় HRMS ID লিখুন ও Password এর জায়গায় আপনার Password টি লিখুন ৷ Pasrword মনে না থাকলে Forget Password থেকে  Password Reset করতে হবে। এরপর LOGIN এ click করুন৷   ৪. আপনার profile খুলে যাবে ৷ এরপর My Documents এ click করুন৷ ৫. View Payslip এ Click করুন৷ ৬. যে মাসের Pay slip Download করতে চান৷ সেই বছর ও মাস সিলেক্ট করুন ৷ ৭. আপানার Pay slip pdf ফর্মাটে Download হয়ে যাবে ৷ ©️ সরকারী বন্ধু

 Leave Rules সাধারন নিয়মাবলী Leave rules ➡️ যে সমস্ত সরকারী কর্মচারী চাকরী থেকে dismiss বা remove করা হয়েছে , কিন্তু appeal বা revision এ পুনঃবহাল হয়েছেন তারা আগেকার চাকরীর ছুটি পাওয়ার যোগ্য। ➡️ কোনো সরকারী কর্মচারী যদি অন্য দপ্তরে আবেদন করেন (অন্য অফিস বা Department) সেই আবেদন যদি Through Proper Channel করা হয়ে থাকে তবে সেক্ষেত্রে তার পূর্ববর্তী service এর leave Count করা হবে। ➡️ ছুটি কর্মচারীর অধিকারের মধ্যে পাড়ে না। ➡️ ছুটি চলাকালীন কোনো কর্মচারীকে ছুটি থেকে Recall ও করা যেতে পারে ৷ ➡️ যে সব কর্মচারী medical Certiticate এ ছুটিতে আছেন তাকে join করার আগে Fitness Certificate দাখিল করতে হবে। ➡️ কোনো সরকারী কর্মচারী একটানা ৫ বছরের অধিক ছুটিতে থাকতে পারবে না ৷ ( R.34) ➡️ ইচ্ছাকৃত অনুপস্থিতির জন্য কর্মচারীর বিরুদ্ধে disciplinary action নেওয়া হতে পারে ৷ ➡️ বিশেষ কারণে কোনো ছুটিতে থাকা  কর্মচারীর ১৪ দিন পর্যন্ত retrospectively বর্ধিত করা হতে পারে। *A Government employee who is dismissed or removed form the public service, but is reinstated on appeal or revision is entitled ot count...

Service Book #sarkaribandhu A service book must be maintained for every whole time government employee other than those who are employed casually or daily wage basis in such a format provided by Auditor General. সার্ভিস বুক হলো এমন একটি রেকর্ড যেখানে একটি সরকারি কর্মচারীর কর্মজীবনের সমস্ত কার্যকলাপ লিপিবদ্ধ থাকে ৷সার্ভিস বুক সার্ভিস বুক প্রতিটি কর্মচারী ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই মেন্টেন করতে হবে যদি না তিনি অস্থায়ী বা দৈনিক মজুরি ভিত্তিতে কাজ করেন ৷ A duplicate service book shall also be maintained for each Government employees from the date of his first appointment to the government service.  West Bengal Service Rules Calculation procedure of Half-pay Leave (a) The present system of crediting half-pay leave for 20 days in respect of a Government employee for his each completed year of service is being dispensed with. From 1st July, 2001, the half-pay leave account of every Government employee shall be credited with half-pay leave in advance in two instalments of ten days each on the first day of January and July of every calendar year. (b) The leave shall be credited to the said leave account at the rate of 5/3 days for each completed calendar month of service which a Government employee is likely to render in the half-year of the calendar year in which he is appointed.     STUDY LEAVE ( Rule 197 of WBSR Part- I) Leave may be granted to Government employees on such terms as Government may by general order prescribe to enable them to study scientific. technical or similar problems or to undergo special courses of instruction.
