  🏠🚲💵💼 Declaration of Asset Declaration of Asset একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় | সরকারীরা কর্মচারীরা এই বিষয় টি সম্পর্কে ভালোভাবেই পরিচিত । আমি চেষ্টা করলাম যাতে বিষয়টি  যত সহজভাবে বোঝানো সম্ভব হয়। আপনাদের ভালো লগালে পরিশ্রম সার্থক মনে করব। কোনো ভুল ত্রুটি থাকলে তা সংশোধন করার অনুরোধ জানায়। (সম্পত্তির ঘোষনা) 🔆Declaration of Asset প্রতিটি সরকারী কর্মীদের কর্মচারীদের জমা দিতে হবে, চলতি বছরে ১লা জানুয়ারীর হিসাব অনুযায়ী | 🔆গ্রুপ-ডি কর্মীদের Declaration of Asset জমা দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন নেই। 🔆যারা নতুন চাকরীতে জয়েন করেছেন তাদের জয়েনিং এর তিন মাসের মধ্যে Declaration of Asset জমা করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে তাদের চাকরীতে জয়েন করার পূর্ববর্তী বছরের ১লা জানুয়ারী যে পরিমান সম্পত্তি ছিল সেই হিসাব জমা দিতে হবে। 🔆Declaration of Asset এ নিজের সম্পত্তি ব্যতিত তার স্বামী/ স্ত্রী , সন্তান বা তার উপর নির্ভরশীল ব্যক্তির সম্পত্তির হিসাবও দেখাতে হবে|( সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মচারীর নামে না থাকলেও) | 🔆শেয়ার, স্টক ও অনান্য সিকিউরিটি, গহনা, মোটরগাড়ী এবং স্থাবর সম্পতির যে মূল্য দিয়ে কিনেছিলেন তার উল্লেখ করতে...

  Public Servant  "সরকারী কর্মচারী"  বা Public Servant এর অর্থ (According to 'The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988)  (i) সরকারী চাকরিতে বা বেতনভুক্ত যে কোনও ব্যক্তি বা সরকারী দায়িত্ব পালনের জন্য সরকার কর্তৃক পারিশ্রমিক বা কমিশনের মাধ্যমে পারিশ্রমিক প্রাপ্ত;  (ii) কোনও স্থানীয় কর্তৃপক্ষের পরিষেবা বা অর্থ প্রদানে যে কোনও ব্যক্তি; ( iii) কোনও কেন্দ্রীয়, প্রাদেশিক বা রাজ্য আইন দ্বারা বা এর অধীন প্রতিষ্ঠিত কর্পোরেশনের পরিষেবা বা বেতন, বা সংস্থা Companies Act ,১৯৫৬ এর ৬১৭ ধারাতে বর্ণিত controlled অনুচ্ছেদে বর্ণিত সরকার বা সরকারি সংস্থার মালিকানাধীন বা পরিচালিত বা পরিচালিত সংস্থা কর্তৃক বা সংস্থা   (iv) নির্বাহের জন্য আইন দ্বারা ক্ষমতাপ্রাপ্ত কোনও ব্যক্তি সহ যে কোনও বিচারক, তিনি নিজেই বা কোনও ব্যক্তির সংস্থার সদস্য হিসাবে, যে কোনও বিচারিক কাজ  (v) এই জাতীয় আদালত কর্তৃক নিযুক্ত Liquiditor, রিসিভার বা কমিশনার সহ বিচার প্রশাসনের সাথে সম্পর্কিত কোনও আদালত কর্তৃক আদালত কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত কোন ব্যক্তি;  (vi) যে কোনও সালিসকারী বা অন্য কোন ব্যক্তির নিকট য...

  GPF ( General Provident Fund) 💠গ্রুপ এ,বি, সি কর্মীদের ক্ষেত্রে জিপিএফ একাউন্ট মেনটেন  করে এজি বেঙ্গল ও  গ্রুপ-ডি কর্মীদের জিপিএফ মেনটেন করা হয় হেড অফিসে বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মীর সদর দপ্তরে। 👉G.P.F. A/c is maintained by A.G. W.B. for Gr. A. B and C employees. Head of office maintains the G.P.F. a/c. of Gr. D. Staff. Under G. 0. No. 12469-F Dt. 18.12.92. Gr. D contingency staff employed on whole time basis throughout the year and getting pay in regular time-scale plus allowances as admissible with incremental benefits may come under the purview of G.P.F. Rules.  👉 The existing system of maintaining G.P.F. A/C of Gr. D employees will not change merely on appointment/ admission to higher grade pay scale within the same category of Gr-D posts-until they change their status to higher posts belonging to Gr. Service Book #sarkaribandhu A service book must be maintained for every whole time government employee other than those who are employed casually or daily wage basis in such a format provided by Auditor General. সার্ভিস বুক হলো এমন একটি রেকর্ড যেখানে একটি সরকারি কর্মচারীর কর্মজীবনের সমস্ত কার্যকলাপ লিপিবদ্ধ থাকে ৷সার্ভিস বুক সার্ভিস বুক প্রতিটি কর্মচারী ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই মেন্টেন করতে হবে যদি না তিনি অস্থায়ী বা দৈনিক মজুরি ভিত্তিতে কাজ করেন ৷ A duplicate service book shall also be maintained for each Government employees from the date of his first appointment to the government service. One copy of the service book shall be kept in the custody of head office. Half pay leave and Commuted Leave

  Rule 173 (1) of West Bengal Service Rules Part 1 অর্ধবেতন ছুটি (Half-pay leave)  👉কর্মচারীর এক বছর চাকরিকাল সম্পূর্ণ হলে ২০ দিন অর্ধবেতন ছুটি তার লিভ অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা হয়। এখানে বছর বলতে বােঝায় ৩৬৫ দিন ধরুন, একজন কর্মচারী ১০ এপ্রিল চাকরিতে যােগদান করেছেন, পরের বছর ১০ই এপ্রিল তাঁর অর্ধবেতন ছুটির অ্যাকাউন্টে ২০ দিন ছুটি জমা হবে। ১.৭.২০০১ থেকে প্রতিটি কর্মচারীর হাপ পে লিভ অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রতি বছর ১ জানুয়ারি ১০ দিন অগ্রিম হাফ পে লিভ জমা হবে এবং ১ জুলাই অগ্রিম ১০ দিন হাফ পে লিভ জমা হবে। এখানে উল্লেখ্য, ১ ক্যালেন্ডার মাস সম্পূর্ণ চাকরি হলে প্রতি মাসের জন্য ৫/৩ দিন ছুটি জমা হবে। যদি কেহ ১ জানুয়ারি চাকরিতে যােগদান করেন সেক্ষেত্রে ১ জানুয়ারি তাঁর অর্ধবেতন ছুটি জমা হবে ১০ দিন; কিন্তু যদি তিনি ২ জানুয়ারি চাকরিতে যােগদান করতেন সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম অর্ধবেতন ছুটি জমা হত ৮.৩৩ দিন অর্থাৎ ৮ দিন (Fraction of the day shall be rounded off in the nearest day)। (G.O.   No. 6112 F (P2) dated 09.11.2023  List of Public holidays 2024 In exercise of the power conferred by the explanation to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (XXVI of 1881), read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. 20/25/56-pub(l) dated the 8" June, 1957, the Governor is pleased to declare the days as specified at List I below to be Public Holidays during the year 2024. 2. The Governor is also pleased to notify that the offices under the Government of West Bengal with the exception of the offices of the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata and Collector of the Stamp Revenue, Kolkata shall be closed on the days as specified at List II below which are not declared to be public holidays, during the year 2024. 3. Further, the Governor is pleased to declare that the days as specified at List Ill may be observed as Sectional Holidays in the year 2024 for the employees of different communities mentioned against the day.
