PATERNITY LEAVE

পিতৃত্বের ছুটি সহ শিশু যত্নের ছুটি:


 👉শুধুমাত্র পুরুষ সরকারী কর্মচারীরা ৩০ দিনের জন্য দুই সন্তানের যত্ন নেওয়ার জন্য পেতে পারেন।


 👉এই ছুটি প্রসবকালীন সময়ে এবং সন্তানের 18 বছর বয়স পর্যন্ত নেওয়া যেতে পারে।


 👉এই ধরনের ছুটি অন্য যে কোনও ধরণের ছুটির সাথে combine করা যেতে পারে।

MEMORANDUM


Sub:Grant of Paternity-cum-Child Care Leave for 30 days to the male State Government employees and employees of Panchayat Raj & other Local Bodies, Boards, sponsored/non-Govt aided Schools & Colleges, State aided Universities and Companies, Corporations, Undertakings etc.




Introduction of Paternity-cum-Child Care Leave to the male State Government employees and such employees of Panchayat Raj & other Local Bodies, Boards, sponsored/non-Govt. aided Schools & Colleges, State aided Universities and Companies, Statutory Bodies, Undertakings and Corporations which are funded wholly or partially by the State Government was under active consideration of the Government for some time past. 

2. Now, after careful consideration of the matter the Governor has been pleased to decide that all male State Government employees as well as such employees of the bodies, boards, educational institutions, entities etc. as above with less than two surviving children will be allowed Paternity-cum-Child Care Leave for 30 days in the following manner.


i) Such leave may be availed of during child birth and upto the age of 18 years of the child.


ii) During such leave he will be paid leave salary equal to the pay drawn immediately before proceeding on leave. 

iii) Such leave can be combined with leave of any other kind. 

 iv) This will not be debited against the leave account.


3. Necessary amendment in the West Bengal Service Rules. Part-I will be made in due course. In case of Panchayat Raj & Local Bodies. Boards, sponsored/non-Govt. aided Schools & Colleges ete. as above, the concerned Administrative Department will take steps for amendment in the relevant leave rules or regulations or bye-laws as applicable.


4. This order will take immediate effect.

 West Bengal Service Rules Calculation procedure of Half-pay Leave (a) The present system of crediting half-pay leave for 20 days in respect of a Government employee for his each completed year of service is being dispensed with.  Leave Rules সাধারন নিয়মাবলী Leave rules ➡️ যে সমস্ত সরকারী কর্মচারী চাকরী থেকে dismiss বা remove করা হয়েছে , কিন্তু appeal বা revision এ পুনঃবহাল হয়েছেন তারা আগেকার চাকরীর ছুটি পাওয়ার যোগ্য। ➡️ কোনো সরকারী কর্মচারী যদি অন্য দপ্তরে আবেদন করেন (অন্য অফিস বা Department) সেই আবেদন যদি Through Proper Channel করা হয়ে থাকে তবে সেক্ষেত্রে তার পূর্ববর্তী service এর leave Count করা হবে। ➡️ ছুটি কর্মচারীর অধিকারের মধ্যে পাড়ে না। ➡️ ছুটি চলাকালীন কোনো কর্মচারীকে ছুটি থেকে Recall ও করা যেতে পারে ৷ ➡️ যে সব কর্মচারী medical Certiticate এ ছুটিতে আছেন তাকে join করার আগে Fitness Certificate দাখিল করতে হবে। ➡️ কোনো সরকারী কর্মচারী একটানা ৫ বছরের অধিক ছুটিতে থাকতে পারবে না ৷ ( R.34) ➡️ ইচ্ছাকৃত অনুপস্থিতির জন্য কর্মচারীর বিরুদ্ধে disciplinary action নেওয়া হতে পারে ৷ ➡️ বিশেষ কারণে কোনো ছুটিতে থাকা  কর্মচারীর ১৪ দিন পর্যন্ত retrospectively বর্ধিত করা হতে পারে। *A Government employee who is dismissed or removed form the public service, but is reinstated on appeal or revision is entitled ot count...

  কীভাবে আপনার Mobile এ Pay slip Download করবেন আপনার মোবাইলে খুব সহজেই আপনি Pay slip Dowload করতে পারেন ৷ এই পদ্ধতিটি অনেকেরই হয়ত জানা আছে। যাদের জানা নেই তারা নীচের step গুলি দেখে আপনার Smart Phone এ  pay slip Download করতে পারবেন। ১. আপানার মোবাইলে Google Search এ গিয়ে  wbifms লিখে সার্চ করুন ৷ সবচেয়ে উপরে wbifms এ click করুন৷ ২. হোম পেজ খুলে গেলে eServices for Employees থেকে Sign in এ Click করুন ৷ ৩. Unique ID এর জায়গায় HRMS ID লিখুন ও Password এর জায়গায় আপনার Password টি লিখুন ৷ Pasrword মনে না থাকলে Forget Password থেকে  Password Reset করতে হবে। এরপর LOGIN এ click করুন৷   ৪. আপনার profile খুলে যাবে ৷ এরপর My Documents এ click করুন৷ ৫.
